For most of my life, my inner world was uncharted territory but a tragedy in 2014 inspired me to explore who I am at my core. I have spent nearly a decade healing, studying myself & doing the work necessary to grow into the person I desire to be.

Typically speaking, we want to be closer to those we admire and that's the key reason why we find it so hard to express admiration—because it opens up the potential for who we admire to reject us.
We think we'll be grateful once we're happy, but in reality, we'll be happy once we're grateful.
Believe it or not, one of the biggest weapons in the darkness' arsenal is seriousness because seriousness traps us in fear, making every choice feel like it's life-or-death.
The empath’s fixation on 'saving' the narcissist is, in truth, a projection of their own unresolved wounds—their deep longing to be loved, seen, and validated. By focusing on the narcissist's pain, they avoid confronting their own.
All existing entities depend on an energy source for survival. 'Demons' are no different, except they don't feed on physical food. Instead, they feed on dark energies like fear, negativity, hopelessness, ignorance, greed, apathy, pride, confusion, narcissism, selfishness, and so on.
In my experience, depression is a dying season, and these seasons only have to last as long as we're unwilling to let go of an outdated version of ourselves or an old way of living that has simply met its expiration date.
When you're a "bad boy," other people are just means to an end—that end always being pleasing yourself. And when others refuse to continue being an object of your pleasure, "bad boys" show just how bad they can be by being physically, mentally, and/or emotionally abusive.
...and then there's the middle child, who probably also has a special place in their parent's heart, but it's a place that's only visited from time to time—somewhere in the lost and found section, right next to the other hopes and dreams they've forgotten or abandoned, lol.
Nothing great has ever been birthed from a place of comfort because when we are comfortable, there is no incentive to grow, to change, or to evolve.
Typically when we think 'image' we think 'visual' but our self-image consists, not only of how we look but also of how we sound. Communication is a integral part of what it means to be human so the way we sound when we speak is indivisible from our self-image.
